I'm Janine, a Swiss senior manager based in Hong Kong, with 15+ years of experience across Asia and Europe. I help European companies here get things done: corporate events, strategic projects, and executive support.
People who've worked with me will tell you I'm the person you hand something to and stop worrying about. I take ownership, track every detail, and never lose sight of what we're actually trying to achieve. That's held true whether I'm producing events for hundreds of people or quietly handling a system procurement project that just needed to get done but no one really had the headspace for it.
What I love most about my work is when everything comes together seamlessly. An event where guests had a wonderful time and had no idea how much went into it, or a project that makes a team's life easier without anyone quite knowing why things suddenly run better. That's what I'm always aiming for.
I spent a decade in luxury hospitality before moving into corporate management, and it shaped how I work in ways I'm still grateful for. It taught me that the details always matter, and that the best work is often the work nobody sees.
